Misting treats the symptom, not the problem. A begonia plantlet doesn’t need more water in the air around it for five minutes twice a day — it needs sustained high humidity for weeks while the plant slowly builds a working cuticle.

No pitchers yet almost always means the plant is still building itself, not that something is wrong. Get humidity and light dialed in, be patient with the root establishment phase, and let the plant decide when it has the resources to spare for a pitcher.
