TISSUE CULTURE ACCLIMATION
This mix is fantastic for acclimating tissue cultures. A lot of people like to use fluval stratum and perlite - I haven't had a great experience with that. Fluval stratum is meant for aquarium plants and formulated to release a small amount of nutrients over a span of 1-2 years, which doesn't give your young plants much to get them started. This mix contains a small amount of worm castings, perfect for encouraging new and rapid growth in your tissue culture plants graduation to ambient conditions! The worm castings provide a natural, gentle fertilization enough to get them exploding with new growth without burning fragile and sensitive young plantlets.
