Nepenthes Bloody Mary is one of the most visually striking pitcher plants available, known for its deep blood-red pitchers that intensify in color as the plant matures under bright light. This stunning lowland Nepenthes hybrid is a favorite among carnivorous plant collectors for its dramatic coloration and relatively forgiving care requirements compared to many highland species. Our plants arrive as sterile tissue culture plantlets in sealed vessels, pest-free and disease-free. Acclimation is required.
Nepenthes Bloody Mary thrives in bright indirect light to partial sun. Use a carnivorous plant soil mix (peat and perlite) or long fiber sphagnum moss. Keep humidity high (60%+) during acclimation. Use distilled, RO, or rainwater only — never tap water. Temperatures 65-90°F preferred.
