Cancellation Policy

This link is for scheduling pickups only - plants are purchased through Palmstreet or arranged directly through me. -Appointments run on a fifteen-minute grace window; if you're more than fifteen minutes late, your slot is released and you'll need to reschedule. Please be on time! -Pickups happen at the top of the stairs - I can't bring bins of plants down to the ground floor, so please plan to come up. - Payment is square (debit or credit card), Venmo or Zelle only, no cash and ATM trips for me. -If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to allow others to book your time slot. -I don't hold plants without payment. Due to the frequency of cancellations that happen locally, I no longer hold plants for pickup unless they are paid for (via Zelle, Venmo or Square invoice. Therefore, if you want to make sure something is held for you, please pay for it, otherwise, feel free to come see what I have in person and shop from what is available at that time! Thank you!
