Refund Policy

Bite and Bloom Botanicals LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is an online retailer specializing in live plants, tissue culture plants, tissue culture media kits, and related botanicals, registered as an LLC in Oregon, with shipping available nationwide across the United States (subject to applicable restrictions). This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be available for products purchased through our website biteandbloombotanicals.com (the "Site"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
All sales are final except as expressly provided in this Policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, failure to read product listings or descriptions, or any other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to UPS or other carrier transit delays, misdeliveries, buyer handling/care of plants or weather-related issues not covered under our guarantees.
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on the Site, with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
1. All sales are final
Due to the fragile nature of live plants, we do not issue refunds or returns. Once the plant has been shipped and out of our hands, responsibility shifts from us to the buyer - we understand this policy may seem harsh, but there are too many factors than can influence plant health outside of our control during transit such as extreme weather, carrier misdelivery, buyer supplying wrong address, buyer leaving plant in mailbox, plants being improperly acclimated/cared for after receipt, etc. We do however take the utmost pride and care in packaging our live plants and have received excellent feedback from customers regarding our packaging process. This policy applies to all live plants, including acclimated to ambient conditions and tissue culture plants.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under this Policy is limited to the purchase price of the affected product(s). We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
