Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction and the safe arrival of live plants. Refunds may be issued at our discretion with photos taken of DOA (dead on arrival) plants within 24 hours of notification of delivery. We strongly encourage you to include a 72 hour heat pack with your order if transit/local temperatures are expected to be below 40F. While we do ship USPS priority mail, most plants can't survive or will be badly shocked in severe cold weather. We will not be held responsible for the following:

-Cold temps w/ no heat pack

- Plant left in mailbox or porch

-Wrong address/mis delivery

What does NOT constitute as a DOA plant:

-dew missing (from drosera/pinguicula species) 

-Some bruised or slightly damaged leaves

-Wilting

A DOA plant is a fully dead or rotting plant beyond standard shock of packaging/shipment which has low or no chance of survival. An acclimation period is normal after shipping. Please give your plant some time to recover from it's journey!
